Texture matching + finish work
Finish is what the room remembers.
Texture matching starts with the existing surface—not a generic name alone. Pattern, depth, age, paint, lighting, and the size of the repair all affect the result.
Start with a brief discovery call. Then text the project address and a photo to schedule a site visit and free estimate.

Real finish work.
These photographs were recovered from Preston Murphy Drywall’s historic decorative-finish gallery. They show completed room surfaces and close finish details—not stock photography.

Before work begins
Match the expectation first.
Send a clear photo in daylight and one wider photo showing the surrounding wall or ceiling.
Expect an on-site assessment when pattern, sheen, repair size, or lighting makes the match difficult to judge from a photo.
Discuss whether the goal is a localized blend, a larger resurfaced area, or a new finish across the full surface.
A small sample or test area may be the clearest way to align on the final look.
